The weather held up for JJ's walk at Goose Pond State Park, though few people believed it would. Kathy, Vreni and JJ had the fruits of their labor to themselves. They all sent me lovely photos of what was found to post here. Without being repetitive, I will show the best of the best. Because of pouring rain, Sunday's walk led by Lou Tartaro was a washout. Only George showed up, but he had to leave early, so the walk ended soon after starting with nothing of note found. Lou was nevertheless able to send me a few photos of mushrooms he found within the past couple of days.
