One of our most popular programs this year was the Cooking with Mushrooms demonstration given by Keith Davis at the Friends' Meeting House in Purchase, NY. Keith is a Culinary Institute of America graduate, a superb chef and currently is the General Manager of the Holiday Inn in Mt. Kisco. Those of us who attended this summer's COMA foray in Moodus, CN or the annual scheduled walk in the forests around the Davis home and gardens have been treated to a variety of tasty mushroom dishes created by Keith. He is a consumate host and a generous teacher of the art and science of mycophagy. We thank you for a deliciously wonderful program.
