Spring has sprung...and it feels like it! Two years ago we had a blizzard in April, but this year it looks like spring is here to stay!

 In spring a 'girl's' thoughts turn to travel!! |
 April 2: Pesky Paisley checks for walkers! |
 April 5: It's Old town's dam and... |

 Then back in Old Town, the paper mill sits behind the cemetery. |
 We throw our old bread out to the birds.... |

 ....regularly...which she loves!! |

 April 23: The Frances Perkins Society honors one of it's own. |
 ....and gubernatorial candidates attend. |
 April 24: Time to catch lunch before picking Lorelei up. |

 It's a beautiful day with lots of sun and shadows |
 But even the best of days sometimes end with splinters! |
 Later it's time to visit the soda fountain(built in 1948 and little changed) in Damariscotta where... |
 a gal and her granddad can... |

 ...one of America's vintage businesses. |
 Then it's on to Reny's discount toys where... |
 ....a little begging never hurt anyone! |
 It's just what she always wanted! (Better than nothing would be more like it!) |
 April 25: Monday and time to kill before going home. |
 We draw w/ colored pencils... |
 ....and watch movies from Papa's lap. |
 It's SPRING |
 A binkey and Teddy are comforting |
 ...then we're in Portland with Mom! |

 Going home we pass the B&M plant. |
 And this skyline has always beckoned; not so great from a moving vehicle! |
 April 27: We meet Rich & Frances in Kennebushport and here is the Wedding Cake House on the way. |

 April 30: Spring flowers continue to bloom..... |
 ...on the day we head to Belfast for Butch's committal Service. |
 Ron and I wear matching turtlenecks! |

 Karen places Butch's urn into the ground. |
 ....and Dick places his Mom's. |

 While outside it appears a barge has run aground. |
 The bay is particularly pretty with spring flowers. |
