....is beautiful with white sand. |
Someone left a rusty shovel. |
New Harbor's United Methodist Church |
Last stop, a small pond with reeds left from the fall. |
April 4: Getting the wood ready for the loveseat. |
Walking down the road, this small pool of water has an interesting surface. |
As does this birch tree! |

Small, but cozy...that's the conclusion. |
They'll be comfortable and happy here.... |
All of them! Lorelei sits at her dining table by the window. |

.....just turning 2 years old! |
 Lorelei loves him too! |

This is NOT mine, but I loved it! |
April 23, We head out to Camden and Rockport... |
It's an overcast day, but still quite warm and springlike. |
Mr. mallard is out with friends. |
All over the harbor, people are onboard schooners getting ready for summer. |
This new boat sat at the wharf. |
There are still many boats in their winter 'coats.' |
It's a lovely day in the neighborhood. |
 And workers are busy. |
 |
Out the back door businesses look out onto the harbor. |
Where this New boat sits. |
 Isn't she pretty? |
And she frames the harbor well. |
 |
 Put into perspective. |
Heading toward Rockport we pass the Belted Galloways... |
 ....in their spring paddock. |
....and it's mud season even here! |
Then it's on to Rockport for a Poetry Month Celebration. |
 Time to read. |
 |
 And listen! |
Waiting to read are .... |
James Ostheimer and Ina Dobin. |
Zibette Dean is there too. |
 Ron Reads, then.... |
 ....Zibette, then... |
 James, then.... |
Ina and last but far from least, |
Barbara Furey!! It was a good day! |
Aoril 24: The teacher reads to us about Labrador Retrievers. |
"White ones get lost in the winter." (I guess you can't see them in all that snow!) |
Then later, she dances with Dora. |
 April 25: It's Fisherman's Festival and Lorlei eats a donut... |
....one with sprinkles on it! Visit the 'Fish Race' at http://www.pbase.com/cokids/fishermans_festival_2009 |
