Small towns in Pennsylvania epitomize much that's good in small town America! American flags fly everywhere (reminds me of shots taken during the Civil War). City and county government are central to town life and the church is active. Diversity of economic means is represented by a variety of store fronts and people LIVE on Main Street. These were taken on a Sunday and the streets roll up on Saturday, so there aren't many people around.

Very nice portrait of Butler, Pa. I grew up there and was surprised and delighted to find it among your galleries. Your photographs flatter it, to be sure. You do beautiful work.
