Ocean Point and Her Inn

Ocean Point is on one of the peninsulas that hugs Boothbay Harbor making it a wonderful place to shelter working and pleasure boats. It juts out into the ocean providing wonderful rock-bound views of ocean, harbor and islands. The Ocean Point Inn is one of many accomodations on the Point. It provides a wide variety of housing options as well as a very cozy, delicious dining experience with ocean panoramas. Enjoy walking by the ocean, playing tennis, swimming in their heated pool, fishing off their dock or feeding the ducks by the lily pond! And in the meantime, you have Boothbay and it's harbor nearby with many things to keep you busy. Take a cruise out of the harbor and whale watch; visit the islands where seals and cormorants live; shop, dine or just walk around and enjoy the rustic beauty of this small village.

By coincidence we just booked a duplex cottage at the Ocean Point Inn for a week in July 2004. Your pictures deepen our anticipation.

I have been coming to the Ocean Point area since the late 70's and was just at the Inn for a couple of days in September. You have some wonderful shots here, and I really enjoy seeing them.
