This National Guard Headquarters Battery has a 'kick-off' deployment ceremony giving families, community members and loved ones a chance to thank them for their commitment of service in the name of country. It is a difficult day for families who have ONE more day with their loved ones before they ship out to New Jersey and then to Iraq in August or early September!
