Niki de Saint Phalle's masterpiece. A magic place!
Il giardino dei tarocchi di Niki de Saint Phalle in maremma: un posto magico! Vita e colori sono protagonisti di questa opera, evocativa della nostra memoria collettiva, una sorta di esperienza mistica che viene fuori in un assurdo, ma armonioso, abbraccio tra natura mediterranea e modernismo catalano(Gaudì è dichiaratamente l’ispiratore di Niki de Saint Phalle).
Ci sono stata varie volte, ogni volta che passo dalla maremma faccio di tutto per passarci anche solo per un'ora. Ho varie foto di questo posto da favola voluto con tutte le forze dall'artista che ha impiegato molti anni per realizzare il suo sogno. Durante la costruzione del giardino ha vissuto lì, nella “Papessa”.
Purtroppo le immagini non sono belle come vorrei, ci sono stata di fretta con parte della famiglia impegnata in un sit in di protesta nel parcheggio in macchina. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci con la nuova canon!

The “Tarocchi Garden” Niki de Saint Phalle’s creation, in the maremma region, in Central Italy, is a Magic place! Life and colours are the main characters of this work, it evokes our public awareness, a sort of mystic experience that comes out of a mad, but harmonic, hug between Mediterranean nature and Catalan modernism,( Gaudì is declaredly Niki de Saint Phalle inspirer).
I’ve been there several times, every time I pass on in maremma I do my best to visit the “Garden” even for just one hour. I have many images of this enchanted garden, wanted with all her will from the artist. She spent many years to make her dream come true. During the building of the “Garden” she lived there inside the “Papessa”.
Unfortunately the images aren’t as beautiful as I would have liked. I’ve been there in a hurry with 25% of the family busy in a protest sit in, in the car in the parking.
I can’t wait to go back there with my new canon!
