I was about ready to make a pure record shot of the large tree on the street of Kona, when this lady pops from behind the tree, looks at me, and walks to the front of the tree , props her foot up, and poses for me. I waited a few seconds before the exposure, thinking she would move on, but she just posed there with a big grin on her face. So I took the shot, tipped my cap to her and moved on across the street. If I had the nerve of Jeff Real, I would have moved in close and got a more interesting shot... I didn't know her from Adam....
