YOGI

KINGS BEAR POWDER "YOGI"
1986 - 2010

My dear old friend and companion. I will see you at the Rainbow Bridge.
Goodbye Yog

About one week after Yogi died, I was walking through the house and looked out the back bedroom door over the barn and pasture.
A few gentle showers had moved over the place and were heading toward the east. A vivid rainbow came right down in the middle of our pasture. I had never seen one so rich in depth and color. I stood with my jaw dropped in awe. It took a few seconds until I realized what was taking place. My guys were sending me a message. They were there, all was well and they were waiting on me. The rainbow lasted only a minute, then it was gone.
The Rainbow Bridge is the special place where our wonderful animals go, and they graze in a wonderful peace, waiting for us to follow. I hope so much that this is true for I want one more big hug from their warm faces and a nicker of happy greetings. They did everything asked of them in their time with us on earth, and I want to see and thank them again at The Rainbow Bridge.
Nitey and Yogi, thanks for your beautiful message. I look forward to that day.

Your keeper and friend forever, Larry

My heart cries for you, losing such a special friend.
Here, they say that when we die and arrive at The Big Pearly Gates, all the animals we have encountered will be there waiting for us. And THEY are the ones who will decide if we can enter or not. Something tells me that YOGI will let you climb on his back and lead you right in. I can tell, it is in YOGI's eyes.
