Photographer's note: This lens does not fit the current current Nikon body, except with an extension tube. As such, the usable range is very limited, from roughly 1-4 inches from the subject. I haven't measured it, but you have to be very close. A current model macro lens would be more versatile, but more expensive than this (used) lens.
