I'm not sure what kind of lizard this is, but it may be a juvenile Sonoran Spotted Whiptail. I saw it and one like it the (or the same one) the other day at the Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside, California. These lizards are not normally found in this state so I don't know how it got here.
