shot this in a clothing store fitting room mirror
In PS changed to grayscale & then back to RGB
then added layers for sharpening eyes, mouth, & hair detail
added a layer for Gaussian blur
erased out the eyes, mouth, hair to regain detail
flattened image
added diffused glow
added angled brush strokes & artistic dry brush
adjusted color balance
added framing
