This was the slide that I thought would interest some of you the MOST
These are the foods that do the most for keeping you healthy

For those of you who asked, these are cruciferous veggies:
BROCCOLI

CAULIFLOWER

CABBAGES

BRUSSEL SPROUTS

ARUGULA

BOK CHOY

KALE

COLLARDS

TURNIPS

MUSTARD GREENS

KOHLRABI

WATERCRESS

HORSERADISH AND WASABI

These are all capable of inhibiting cancers, stimulating the immune system, are anti-bacterial and anti-viral

Spent all day in dentally related continuing education sessions (necessary for maintaining a license)

Just avoid raw spinach, eh? :) I can say I like 80% of the foods on that list. Oatmeal makes me gag and I'm not sure what flaxseed is.

Oh man, I knew I grew up in an underpriveledged neighborhood,
but you would think by now I would know about arugula, bok choy, and kohlrabi.
Do you eat 'em, drink 'em, smoke 'em, or snort em?

I am thinking cruciferous vegetables are in the cabbage family? Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower. My grandmother believed in all of those (a fine German lady) and she was quite healthy and so was my mother.
