1. Shot in B&W while sitting at the light
2. over-sharpened in PS
3. duplicate layer and that layer softened with a gaussian blur of 1.7
4. change the opacity of the blurred layer to 89% & then merge both layers
5. isolate just the turn arrow on another layer
6. change the arrow to red with color balance
7. return to the background and use color balance again to give a slight blue hue to enhance the wet feel
8. merge all
9. crop/resize
10. put away in a file & rethink posting . . . do it anyway
