22 MAY 05 BANANA MUFFINS WITH MARSCAPONE FROSTING

Well . . I'm back to food

Made these today with some over ripe bananas we were just NOT going to eat otherwise

The frosting is a combination of cream cheese, marscapone cheese, butter and honey

O . . .MY . . .GAWD . . . are they good!!
here is the recipe I used

1/20s f/2.2 at 7.2mm full exif
