05 APR 05 TWO LINES

Sometimes I think these two little yellow lines just aren't enough space between lanes
Especially in rush hour traffic
Especially when someone sneezes . . .and involuntarily closes their eyes . . just for a split second

Just enough time to cross those two little lines
At forty-five miles per hour . . . .

It was a beautiful day . . .but there were far too many accidents today

"Life's like an hour glass glued to the table

So cradle your head in your hands
And breeeeeeathe . . . . .just breeeeathe"
(Anna Nalik "Breathe 2a.m.")

We got these on most of roads which have a 60mph limit (and most folks exceed that speed)!

Now, what were you doing taking this photo while holding down your side of the line?

Interesting shot and words.

Boy, that isn't much room is it? Well, I guess there's a reason there are so many accidents during rush hour.

Wow ... you are SOOO right. As I transverse the SD freeways I always am keenly aware how little separates disaster.

Have the same thoughts about sneezing and those precious microseconds when my eyes are closed....

I wasn't, Rob . . . I leaned forward from the back seat =] . . . but that was sort of the feel I wanted from the picture

Good photo, the image seems to ooze the tension of the moment - especially if you were driving as well!!

I know what u mean. I am usually very wary of driving on the side of the lines.
