Learning basic cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (basic life support) is not only essential, but invigorating.

CPR,okay if you are there in 1 minute,otherwise a waist of time,unless the temperature is very low,or it is a child.
But,...always good to practice !

Worked in healthcare for 20 years. CPR classes were always a blast. While learning such a valuable skill, we had a great time. Great gallery.

Yay, Resuscitation Annie makes an appearance!! Hmmm, love the taste of alcohol-wiped plastic after 10 other people have been breathing into a cavernous piece of synthetic!! Even better is going all-out with the defib and saying "stand clear, shocking"...all great fun in the classroom but not quite so much fun on a real person. I like the shots, and weirdly, today I'm off to update my CPR!
