Hiroshima, Japan view map

The wax figures inside the exhibition hall show the Atomic Bomb Victims who managed to survive.
Their burned and bloodied clothes hanging in tatters,
they clambered over the rubble to flee the city.

The heat rays generated by the bomb burnt everything
and its blast damaged all buildings within 2 kilometers.

took me a minute to realize what this was.... very good capture of the color and the angle makes it very convincing.

A superb and poignant image, my friend.
Great colour, exposure and detail throughout.
Technically perfect! (V)
Kind regards, Chris

Just looking at these is enough to hurt for a lifetime.
I wish human kind.....was kinder, we can never say this enough.
Too many people are just sleepwalkers in life... especially the powerful ones who just want more power. (this image really hurts but it is good that it shows how horrible and stupid wars are).

Horrifying truth,
the photos like this should see as many people as possible in order to see what mustn't be forgotten.

Your image is very powerful, but this exhibit can not begin to convey the suffering that these people must have experienced. I'm glad you posted this, may it help to keep people from inflicting violence on one another.

Hi CM,
This is such an amazing capture of a time we should never forget. It was almost too horrible to think about though many books and many movies have been created around it. \/
