Nara, Japan view map

The interior of Kasuga Shrine is famous for its many bronze lanterns.

You can see the rain was pouring from the sky.
After miles of walk from the railway station, I took a rest at the shrine.

What a very beautiful image CM. The rain was... your reward for walking so far. This image would be very different w/o the rain... the rain adds cleansing, the sound of the rain is nature's rythm and is so peaceful... you wisely used a slow speed to capture it, it acts as a soft curtain. The colors are wonderful... all a gift from the rain to you CM. A wise man is one who knows whento seize an opportunity... you must be very wise my friend... but do carry an unbrella next time ! LOL
