Typhoon Milenyo

Typhoon Milenyo struck the Philippines with winds up to 220km/h. Power, water and phones were out in many areas for up to three weeks. Even the most affluents suburbs looked like downtown Kabul.

Many homes still lie in darkness.

James, I tried to put humor on these photos knowing many people suffered and will continue to feel the aftermath of typhoon Milenyo.
My concern goes to the poor living by the river edges and "pantalan", mostly the squatters who got nowhere to go.
Excellent reporting job on this gallery.
