It was taken taken in the southern NSW coast of Australia. I'm not sure of exactly what town because I drove 4,200 kilometers in a few days and I would just stop and snap if I liked something.I'm sorry if its not very helpful but the coastline of Australia is so beautiful that sights like this are very common.
