alien landscape?
(well, definitely not from NY)

since, I've been running a day behind, and I've been working on some
scanned slides form the past, I figured I'd put this one up. This is
an anticylonic low-precipitation supercell (if you're a weather geek,
you understand), from a storm chase I was on in 1995. It ended up
producing baseball sized hail.
