Changeable

The Changeable Lizard was introduced to Singapore from Malaysia and Thailand in the 1980s and is now a common sight.
Also known as 'Crested Tree Lizard', and apparently 'Bloodsucker Lizard' due to the male's head and shoulders turning red during the breeding season.
