Teh Tarik, literally "pull tea" is prepared by pouring piping hot tea from a jug to jug. The higher the pull the thicker the froth. It's very sweet, made with lots of condensed milk.
This was taken at the Satay stalls at Lau Pa Sat market in Singapore where the road is closed at 7pm and set up with tables and chairs for the diners.
