Weather finally started to changed a little here in California, few weeks ago we got a small "storm" which brought up like 0.5 inch of rain, LOL, and today supposed to be another small one, so I packed up my gears and went up there again, hoping to catch some storm clouds.
It was raining pretty much the whole day in the park, I can't see a thing standing at the Tunnel View vista point for the most part of the day, just like what you can see in the first picture below, but of course I am not going to give up this easily, so I still set up my camera and just went back to the car and waited, and waited, and waited....it was cold, windy, wet.... it was so windy and the plastic cover for my camera was blown away, and I didn't even realize that until I came out and checked and found my camera was standing in rain,....crap.....the D800E + Sigma 35 is not weather sealed..... but it seems like still clicking just fine. LOL. Until around 4:30 the sky started to clear up a little bit, and I finally have my first mystery view of the big rock.
