Made a trip to Hetch Hetchy Valley today and did a 9 miles short hike, it was 99 degree out there today, and pretty hazy again, so some of the picture the color/White balance came out kind of weird, but not as bad as the last trip 4 weeks ago.
Unlike the Yosemite Valley, Hetch Hetchy Valley is not quite as grand as a scale, but it's so peaceful. The only thing we don't have here is the usual summer crowd of the Yosemite Valley, we pretty much have the whole area for ourselves.
Hetch Hetchy Valley is a glacier-carved valley in California's Yosemite National Park. Naturalist John Muir called it a "wonderfully exact counterpart" of Yosemite Valley & "one of Nature's rarest and most precious mountain temples."
