Take my new toy Sony NEX 7 with a few lens out to have some fun, I have two Sony native mount Sigma E-mount lenses with me, Sigma 19 and Sigma 30mm, also play with the Metabones N/F Nikon F mount to Sony E-Mount lens adapter and the Canon AF EF to Sony E adapter, now I can pretty mount any Canon Nikon lenses on this NEX.
"Focus Peaking" makes manual focus on NEX a pretty easy task. Not a big fan of crop sensor but this Sony sensor is not like any Canon old crap (crop) sensor, it offers great resolution while maintaining great (AKA: much better) D.R. The NEX 7 is the first small camera I feel comfortable shooting right next to the DSLR, when a good lens is mounted on, it can do pretty well, still not a D800E kind quality but it's not like Canon APS-C junk either.
Update on 01-14-2013:
Metabones just announced the new EF- to Sony E adapter, the new adapter will have a reduced crop factor of 1.1X and claimed to have better image quality compare to the current one, sounds great on paper so far, it will be perfect for my SWA such as those Samyang 14, TSE 17..... and great for mounting my favorite Sigma 35mm on the NEX and use as walk around camera. will put in my order soon.......
