Stave Lake

This was the view that greeted us at the end of a
trail run we took the other day. My little Canon S50 screwed
on to the end of a monopod works perfectly for toting along
on these excursions !

Canon PowerShot S50
1/1000s f/3.5 at 7.1mm full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Beautiful sky and water. It contrasts nicely with the driftwood. Lovely scenic.

In addition to a hiking stick you probably use it for pole vaulting... the monopod, that is....:^)

This would be the end of my run... I would not be able to move from here. The vistas that you see daily are awesome.

Beautiful scene.
So do you use a monopod or tripod on most of your shots?
