It's the 'Old Fart''s 60th today - yikes!
I made this a year ago - but never put it up -
or at least I don't think I did - at my age you never know :o)
I thought maybe it could show my attempt, this year particularly,
to fit ironman triathlon training into everything else including PaD-ing.

I missed this one. How could I? Just a terrific birthday pic for yourself. Love it. I think mine would be snoring, waiting impatiently for the dog to finish pooping and yelling my lungs out. Yep, that would be mine LOL!!! Good luck in the Ironman, Cliff.
