I keep coming back to this one. I really ike the way the shadow of the tree is like an arm, wrapped around the couple of n the bench. Excellent picture.

Both are beautiful but I like the black and white version -- it's very timeless. I just love this shot.

very nice Cliff, equaly pleasing in either format.

I like colors, but here the B&W works very well! This is a beautiful composition! The lighting is excellent.

I prefer the black and white also, think it seems to fit the mood better. I have problems knowing when to convert though.. and then I start getting into "should it be sepia?" Great work, I'll be back. tom

Can feel the stress leaving. Print frame sell. Perfect (I prefer the B/w) Cliff.

Very nice. I like the b&w the best.
Karen Stuebing05-Mar-2005 12:06
Very nice. It does convey a sense of tranquility which I think the b/w treatment enhances.

Lovely branch detail against the sky ... great shot!
jypsee05-Mar-2005 02:06
Nice how the shadow of the branch embraces them...
Susanne05-Mar-2005 00:18
Very beautiful composition. I think I prefer the black and white tones, also because the shaodw of the tree is so drawn out. Wonderful caption. I vote for this one as well.

A beautiful image. Perfect composition; it has everything. I like the B&W version best.
Gary Hebert04-Mar-2005 19:07
The B&W is very good Cliff, but the color version is more powerful.

What a wonderful image!

So beautiful.. I think i like the b&w best because it lends more of a air to the story. pure tonal range, Cliff.. very knock out scene.
Leo Charette04-Mar-2005 16:17
Faye said it, the wrap of the branch makes this. I love the colored version because it highlights the gorgeous landscape. This B&W brings full attention to the couple and the shadows. Both versions are excellent.
Guest 04-Mar-2005 16:12
I love how the branch shadow wraps around the bench too. Both versions work but yeah, I prefer the b&w :)
Faye White04-Mar-2005 15:59
Beautiful! I love the way the tree shadow wraps around them, protecting them.
Bill Miller04-Mar-2005 15:56
Very well composed. I like the B&W best but both work well....
Bill Baird04-Mar-2005 15:53
Kewl shot! Love the tree shadows. I really like the B&W better than the color version. :o)
