Installing HD

Today is my birthday and I spent more time than I wanted to
installing my birthday present - a PCI Adaptor card and 160 GB hard drive to accomodate
my overflowing collection of digital images :o)

I spilled a little milk on my laptop and had a moment of horror; and then I took it apart and cleaned it up....hmmm...maybe these things aren't so complicated, after all...I can relate about the burgeoning collection of photo files!!

That's the beginning only, my server has now 10 disks and more then a terrabyte. I just setup a new PC for photowork and I have a 40 and a 160 in there as well. You can store some pictures there. My photocatalog has some 70 gigs now, note that all the nef files are on cd's and no need to store those on the PC

LOL - love the cable around your neck! 160gb - that's a ton of space....
