There is an excellent aviation museum at Hermeskiel, near Trier, in Germany. Unusually, it comprises a number of retired airliners such as the VC10, Comet, Viscount, Tu134, Ilyushin 18 and even a Super Constellation.

But the Concorde displayed at the entrance is a mock-up.

But It’s impressive…

This picture is impressive, great perspective. I didn't know about that museum. It's only a 3 hour drive from where we live. I have to tell my husband of it, he is often in that neighborhood.

Just love these u;tra-wide aviation shots - used to go to air-shows taking pics of display like this during my student days.... excellent play on skylight, very dramatic effects.
