Yes, I like the gritty feel of this. And yes, what Jude said. Of course I didn't really think that until I read her comment, but then ... yes, I definitely saw the expression here of a man who had to whiz really bad.

I love the cropping - kind of like he's trapped inside a box and in agony over that fact. Very effective. Works great in black and white.
