That appears to be the name given to this landmark in Camberley. It's a strange one as this piece was constructed in 1963 and appeared at the Lord Mayor's Show in London. That year, the Lord Mayor was also chairman of a construction company based here and so the concrete elephant took up residence. That company have long moved away, but there is an agreement in place obliging tenants to help upkeep this collection of concrete sewer pipes.
