My final night in Italy was spent beside Lake Bracciano just yards away from the Italian Air Force Museum which uses an old seaplane base. A pre-dinner stroll along the shoreline was most pleasant and extremely peaceful. So different from the hustle and bustle of Rome.

Then I spotted this woman on her horse…
