Tired? Not at all, at least to me. Seemed like I just had a great fun ride, free and high now :-) Brilliant diptych, no doubt. One of those works that made me imagine, immense myself and come out of it feeling real good. Thanks, Chuck for the wonderful spin!

Yes, very cool shot. To be honest, I'm not sure I understand the image to the left (or, at least how it fits in). I think the image to the right stands very strongly on its own. Besides the brilliant processing and composition, the aspect I really like is the fact there's no riders - in that way, it avoids a possible cliche shot, and creates an interesting storty-telling aspect. Great!!

Wow! This is awesome. I've always been found of pictures of this kind of ride and that's part of the reason I like this so much, but it's also only the beginning. Love the diptych. I thought this should be in Urban Melancholy. Agreed that the colours are very different and it has more energy than the other pics, but it also shares the same desperate sadness and lonliness. The empty chairs ensure that. This really is an image that could have been taken from another age. I love the motion blur on the left and how that contrasts with the sharp focus on the right. It's unusual as it's in reverse to what you normally see (objects at the edge of a turning circle moving faster tha nat the centre). If i were to offer an interpretation it'd be related to the tired feeling of spinning your wheels. metaphorically speaking, and not going anywhere. Can't tell you how much I like this.
