Excellent shot, Chuck! Thanks for the update and the admonishment. Good advice indeed. Maybe we all can just try not to suck too badly : )

I too just read your update and I totally agree w/ Lawrence.
Life's way to short to take yourself too seriously. Thanks for reminding me that,Chuck and this photo is fantastic! The square format and the arrangements are just perfect. Too bad I can't vote.

This is really beautiful! The colors have the feeling of film. It may be shooted with an Hasselblad. Excellent Chuck.
By the way I've read your gallery update. I used to take me seriously when I shoot. But when I see my shots on a monitor the magic thing totally ends. And when I post my shots I usually feel like an idiot.. :) Roberto

LOL too... It's good to see the less serious side of you ;D No idea about your photo project but I certainly like this cute one. An unique "christmas" shot :-)

Lol - just read the updated commentary to your gallery. Laughed out loud. Very cool. I think it's a very cool message. The truth, no matter how good you are - with something as subjective as photography or art, where beauty really is in the eye of the beholder, there should never be any excuse to take yourself too seriously. It'll definitely serve as a reminder to me. Anyway, kinda ironic that you chose today to update your PAD text as this image is freaking awesome. I think I know where you're going with that project idea and is something I have wanted to do also. Having said all that, how I imagined it might look, was never as good as this image.

Looks like the kids have grown up, meanwhile. Very melancholic image. Great compo and treatment, as always!
