Dare I say...a classic! Really great shot. The treatment is so perfect. His expression is so interesting and intense. I like how he's alone one the road (in fact, I'd be tempted to clone-out the runner behind him) which underscores his struggle. Big time vote, and one of my favs.

So powerful image! Love his expression, full of pain. Love the colors treatment too. A masterpiece! Roberto

I love it when Lawrence gets there first and says everything I'd have said. Excellent shot, for which I'd vote if you'd let me ;0)

Brilliant. So so good. Love the urbanmelancholy like treatment which contrasts with what was probably a scorching day and is at odds with such a powerful and dynamic subject. The determination and what I can only describe as "grit" in the face of the boy, punctuated by the dripping wet shirt shows an unforgettably intense focus. It doesn't matter whether he is in first place or in last... this is just him vs the road. Truely love this.

I really, really like this one. The treatment is fantastic - the comp and boy's expression are superb.

The colors of Rockwell. The exhaustion can be read on his face. Excellent crop that places a second runner on the top left corner. Very well done!

Superb dof and color/tone treatment. And most importantly, a brilliant timely capture of his expression and move. Crossing the finish line, well done!
