I think Lawrence nailed it. A thought provoking diptych. Not sure if the "enter" word was being overwritten by "destroy racism". One may see it as "do not destroy racism". A very bad thought, and an unknown path, seemed like an easy way one but misled or misinterpreted by many. Thanks Chuck for such a powerful one.
Great shots; and a wonderful juxtaposition. (Think Lawrence's commentary is also spot-on....) Great work... (V)

The first image in this new pad with the unmistakable Inglefield design and finish. Took me about a minute to figure out what the commentary was for - I was looking so hard I missed the stamp on the sign. Glad you added the comment as I would have missed it for sure otherwise and with seeing it, this diptych takes on a whole new fascinating meaning. I wonder if the path on the right is the lead up to the sign, or the road which may not enter. It makes me wonder why someone would stamp destroy racism there... Coincidence or is it because of the "selective exclusivity" that the sign is enforcing. Such a great shot and another shot which tells a story from the middle - provoking so many questions about the beginning and the end.
