People from all over Germany or the nearby states come to this tiny town to witness the Flight Parade. Although the flights start at around 7pm people already flocked this place as early as early afternoon. People in Cars, bikes, foot came non-stop till the evening. It was not a boring day, like all other Fests in Germany, it is full of Music, Biers, Sausages(Wursts) and Bretzels(pretzels).

We live in Frankfurt and had to ride the bike for over an hour in the heat of a 31degree or so Summer Sun. Why bike? My F-I-L thought it was more fun to drive by bike. Mind you, I am a beginner at biking (never really learned it when I was a kid) so we arrived at the venue about 1 and a half hours after for about 15 or so kM. Luckily, the way back was shorter and easier. ;)

Nonetheless, it was a great Summer Day, capped with the Zeppelin Flights.
