Said to be the 2nd biggest Volcanic eruption, Mt Pinatubo now is a messenger of what Nature can do and how it is so easy for him to take away what it gave, and give back again what it took.

To get there:
Get a transport to Tarlac, can be a one day trip, but for maximum satisfaction you can stay at the many Inns around Tarlac.

Then contact the Pinatubo Spa Town, they will arrange for you a 4x4 and a guide to take you there. Fee is only 1,500pesos for a minimum of 3 persons so could be more if you are alone or is just a couple.

The 4x4 ride is about 45 mins, the trek is about 45mins. but don't fret, when we were there last December, a new road was being made in order for a 20 min trek to the crater possible.
