My friend Jean and I made a quick trip to Quebec over the 4th of July holidays.
I wanted to go to Nicolet and St. Andre. Both of these villages have a special meaning to me.
Nicolet was where I entered the Convent, wearing a pair of ruby red heels, and came out a few years later wearing a habit. I was now Sister Claudette!
St. Andre is where my Dad was born and raised. There are still relatives and friends living in St. Andre. It was a short visit, but a very enjoyable visit.
