No-stethoscope

I love my job-but
I have found even a greater love
I found photography after I had to stop playing sports.
The age/injury thing caught up with me.I was that guy playing on the softball team at 50 years old.
Racketball, squash, tennis, anything you could compete at I did.
I got a little depressed after a knee surgery left me unable to play anything.
I got lucky with a few pictures and really liked what I saw. I then turned it into a self competition.
Now I'm obssessed with it and luckily my wife is the most understanding and tolerant person on the planet!
She actually encourages me and is now stuck setting up any "showings" we are lucky enough to get.
I'll never make a living at it but I am lucky enough to have a job that not only allows me to do it as a hobby,
but a job I love almost as much as photography.

Jim - He's just hanging up his Canon camera :-) I can relate to not doing sports but I do find so much enjoyment in photography and I'm glad you are finding that too.
