We live in Kilgore about 15,000 population. We got an old home less than 1 minute from the hospital(if the light is green)that is built like they dont anymore.
I always wanted a little land out in the country to live on and thought when I came here that is what we would get.
My insightful wife who grew up on a small 100 acre place just outside Kilgore swore to me it was a lot more work than I realized.Reluctantly I deferred and we found this place. We bought and moved in in the fall/winter when the trees were bare.It also had a "ditch"running through and surrounding the back yard.
Lo and behold When the trees leafed out and the rains came I had a place with a running creek and trees surrounding the back yard so thick no houses were visible.
That's the background on the above picture of one of our good friends kids in the back yard. You know how many words a picture is worth...........
I'll leaave the rest to you
OH!!!
I hope you have a weekend that makes you feel like this face
