darn power lines

been waiting for the moon to line up with this tree.
These trees are all over here in east texas,
I guess it's better than cutting the whole tree down
but it is kind of a grotesque reminder of what we do to our" home"

Great shot. Love the commentary too. I knew instantly it was Texas when I saw it. Never quite seen that type of practice anywhere else until I moved to Dallas.

This is a brilliant shot in and of itself. But as a documentary capture of this bizzare practice--which I also frequently see--it is really special. You seem to developing a really interesting theme relating to the organic and inorganic (i.e. the oil rigs). It would make a great gallery exhibit. V
