When the rigs are not sleepng,people down here are real happy and doing well.

They spend their money on cars and houses, they pay taxes,they have insurance , and they don't drain the taxpayers,we are less dependant on foreign oil,etc.

( by the way if you believed taxes would only go up on the rich,what did ya think about your first pay stub this year??)
