I came on this interesting impasse just as I left the Murrah Building site(where all the hearts are from that I have posted)
This driver waited for the wheelchair to cross and missed the green light. He was visibly upset due to missing the light.
How hard it is to get outside our own egocentric world!! Missing the ligh...t probably cost him 30-45 sec. It took the wheel chair longer than that to cross the street.
