lites-out

Stopped in dallas on the way home from the
church orchestra seminar we went to in Arlington.
I was already late to get home, but a guy reminded me about the light shutdown at 8:30 on Sunday.
I couldn't help but stay. Who knew what it would be like.
Well it was lack lustre. The ball and this green lined building both shut bown , but not much else.
This was a way better pic than I got after the lights went off.

If you know Dallas, you know which building this is. I shot it from across the trinity river(about 2 miles.

love this shot. I didn't even know about Earth hour till I saw your post. I try as hard as possible not to watch any news. I'm an ostrich, I know, but I'd rather live in blissful ignorance.
