Webcams are usually pretty boring, I think. Well, here's a great exception, the webcamera at The Moscow State University. The picture above is a screenshot from earlier this winter, when a giant ski-slope was under construction, right in front of the university. (some sort of snow-board world cup were to take place there some weeks later, and it was interesting to follow the work as it was progressing) The webcam itself is rather sophisticated, enabling the visitor to pan, tilt and zoom in/out.
